Meet Celine

My experience, your shortcut

I’ve spent the last 8+ years working at the heart of Europe’s tech and startup ecosystem — from early-stage ventures to scale-ups backed by top VCs. I’ve recruited talent, built teams, helped founders in their strategy, and sat in many hiring discussions.

My perspective bridges both sides of the table: I’ve been the applicant making tough career decisions with limited guidance and testing bold moves, and I’ve been the recruiter assessing those decisions from the inside. That dual lens is what fuels my method — practical, clear, and rooted in lived experience, not vague theory.

Today, I continue to work with startups as a Consultant on HR and automation topics and help them build their Talent Acquisition & HR department. I also stay close to the ground: I’m in real conversations with decision-makers, candidates, and hiring managers — to remain up-to-date. I am also a Founder and run Velvet Walls, an art leasing business based in Berlin.

The approach:  practical tools, real stories, no fluff.

The approach is simply about turning years of lived professional experience—mine and others’—into something useful. I’ve made many mistake so others don’t have to.

That’s why every Early Edgers session is built around real-life tools—straightforward methods you can actually use the same day, such as:
– how to write emails that get answered
– how to position yourself as a problem-solver in interviews
– how to negotiate offers beyond just the salary

I’m not a coach—I’m a speaker, a recruiter, and someone who’s learned the hard way by testing bold moves and often failing. This program is rooted in lived experience: practical, story-driven, and focused on action.

My goal? To give others the edge I wish I had when I started.

Story behind Early Edgers

Why creating this program

I created Early Edgers because I remember how overwhelming it felt to navigate the early stages of my career—despite having a solid academic background. During my business studies, like many graduates, I still felt unsure how to translate all of that into real-life decisions and building a career path forward.

When I wrote my first email for a German company, I made it awkwardly formal—not knowing that clarity beats cleverness every time. Or the time one of my mentees didn’t hear back from companies for months—until I shared a simple change to her application process. She got an interview the very next day. These aren’t just stories—they’re turning points.

After too much time spent navigating things the hard way — through trial, missteps, and frustrating gaps — I started noticing some useful techniques.  Whether it was my own experience or by talking to graduates, expats, colleagues, or hiring managers, I kept hearing the same thing: “Why did no one teach me this earlier?”

Helping you land stronger than I did

I’ve built my life and career in Berlin as an expat — and that experience became the foundation for Early Edgers Relate.

Germany offers something unique: a strong economy, real career paths for international graduates, and visa systems that open doors. Berlin, in particular, is where startups thrive, creativity is welcome, and global talent builds futures.

Through Early Edgers Relate, I guide others through this process — not just the paperwork overview, but the real experience of starting over: opportunities, culture and community. I bring the tools along with peer stories and practical insights that make moving to Germany feel less overwhelming — and more like a smart, exciting next step, because it is!
